Non-notable/unverifiable. I figured it must be notable but poorly-sourced and tried to fix it but was unable to find any record in newspaper archives of a "Bedford College" in Sydney in the 1940s (or of a Baptist college in Glebe at all), and every significant reference to them online appears to be self-published.
